ANNUAL PHOTO CONTEST
Submit a photo taken during your stay and if it's selected you win a night's stay at Fundy Highlands
All content must be of or related to the Bay of Fundy Area
Suggestions for submissions
Scenic: seascapes, landscapes, villages, light houses, farms, creeping fog, etc
Shoreline: Tidal action, beaches, cliffs, rocks, inter-tidal wildlife, etc.
Nature: birds, wildlife, flowers, hiking trails, waterfalls, etc.
Fundy Highlands: shots taken on property, you and yours relaxing or having fun, a curious deer, a beautiful sunrise, etc.

GENERAL RULES & LIMITATIONS:
1. Regulations
1.1 To be considered in the contest, all submissions must be original and unpublished material.
1.2 You must be the sole owner and author of each entry.
1.3 By entering, you grant to Fundy Highlands a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish your work on it's website.
1.4 You agree to fully indemnify Fundy Highlands in respect to all royalties, fees and any other monies owing to any person by reason of your breaching any of the foregoing.
1.5 Your photos must have been taken with a digital camera. Retouched works are accepted but not recommended.
2. Prizes
2.1 Limit of one (1) prize per person or household.
2.2 There is no limit to number of entries per person
2.3 All prizes must be accepted as awarded, are not convertible to cash and are not transferable.
2.4 Winners will be selected at the end of the current season and prizes will be awarded for the following season. |
